EDWARD MEISAROSH, Esq. Mr. Meisarosh’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, primarily in the following technology areas: semiconductor, electronic circuit and device, networking, and telecommunication. Prior to joining Mendelsohn & Associates, Mr. Meisarosh (pronounced MAY-suh-rahsh) was an intellectual-property litigation attorney for four years with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (WSGR) in Palo Alto and San Francisco, California. At WSGR, Mr. Meisarosh prepared memoranda, pleadings, and discovery papers in patent, copyright, and commercial cases in areas such as flash memory, semiconductor, networking, and chip-packaging technology. Mr. Meisarosh also conducted depositions and dealt extensively with technical experts. He also advised a client regarding a target-company’s patent license agreements and patent litigations as part of due diligence for a multi-billion-dollar acquisition. Before attending law school, Mr. Meisarosh worked as a computer programmer focusing on the development of applications for relational databases for a telecommunication company and a testing preparation company. Mr. Meisarosh received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.S. in engineering science (electrical) from Yale University. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Supreme Court of the State of California, the U.S. District Courts of the Northern and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal for the Ninth and Federal Circuits.
