DAVID CARGILLE, Esq. David L. Cargille practices in all fields of intellectual property law. He specializes in intellectual property litigation and in preparing and prosecuting electrical, electromechanical, business method, and computer-related patent applications. His scientific fields of expertise include analog and digital circuits, communications and telephony systems, software and Internet technologies, and business methods. Mr. Cargille earned his undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ (B. Eng. 1993, magna cum laude); he earned his law degree from New York Law School, NY (J.D. 2000, summa cum laude). Mr. Cargille also studied as an international scholar at the Technische Universitaet in Berlin, Germany Mr. Cargille is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He was licensed in New Jersey as a Professional Engineer in 1998. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Prior to joining Mendelsohn, Drucker, & Associates, P.C., in 2008 as an associate, Mr. Cargille had four years of experience as an electrical design engineer and seven years of law firm experience in the practice of intellectual property law. |
